1. Service Overview

OTT Lift provides subscription assistance for streaming platforms including but not limited to Netflix, JioHotstar, ZEE5, SonyLIV and Prime Video. We act as a service facilitator between customers and authorized subscription suppliers.

2. Order & Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. Once payment is received and confirmed, the subscription is activated on the customer's registered mobile number or email ID. Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.

3. Delivery Timeline

We aim to activate subscriptions within a few minutes during working hours. Delays may occur due to platform-side issues, incorrect customer details, or network problems. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact and account details. Sharing login credentials, OTPs, or account access with unauthorized users is strictly the customer's responsibility. Misuse of any subscription may lead to suspension by the respective OTT platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

OTT Lift is not affiliated with or endorsed by any OTT brand shown on this website. Brand names and logos are used only for service identification. We are not liable for content, downtime, policy changes, or account actions taken by the streaming platforms themselves.
