When you place an order, we collect only the details needed to deliver the service: your name, WhatsApp number, and the plan or package you choose. We never ask for your OTT account password.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your details are used only to process your order, deliver the service, and provide support on WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
3. Payments
Payments are collected via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, QR code, or bank transfer. We do not store your card details, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. Payment confirmations are handled directly by your payment provider.
4. Data Retention
Order details are kept only as long as needed for delivery, support, and record keeping. You may ask us to delete your details anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp.
5. Security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so please avoid sharing passwords or OTPs with anyone, including us.
